RETURNING AN ITEM
We offer a hassle-free return policy. You are always welcome to return an item if you change your mind, or the design somehow doesn’t meet your requirements.
- We pay for your postage when returning the item, and refund you as soon as we receive the item back.
- All standard item could be returned, including the earrings, as long as you do so within 14 days of receiving the item and return it in its original condition and packaging.
When you return your items to us, please ensure you enclose your name and address and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel and send it back to:

A prompt refund will be issued, providing the goods are unworn and are returned in original condition and packaging. The debit/credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. In case of customised items or made-to-order pieces, these pieces of jewellery cannot be returned or refunded. We cannot refund items that are returned after 14 days of delivery.
Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, delivering another item by way of an exchange, or refunding the amount paid. The faulty item will need to be returned to us by post to the returns address above.
